Stacey, a dental hygienist since 2012, was inspired by her mother (also a hygienist) to continue on from her original career of dental assisting to dental hygiene. We are so glad she did! Her patients commonly compliment her on her gentle, yet thorough technique with dental cleanings and she is an excellent advocate for her patients’ oral health. Stacey absolutely loves her profession and the opportunity to care for her patients every day.
Jenoa has enjoyed treating patients since graduating from Lane Community College in 2015. Her passion is for helping people achieve their optimal dental health through education, prevention, and compassionate care. She describes that building genuine relationships and friendships with her patients, while making their visits as comfortable and positive as possible, is her favorite aspect of dental hygiene. We believe you will notice one of Jenoa’s superpowers is how she balances warmth, quality care, and efficiency.
It has been one of Lori’s greatest pleasures to serve patients as a dental hygienist. She graduated with honors from the Lane Community College Dental Hygiene program in 2003 and her years of expertise and leadership has helped develop a strong periodontal program in our office. She finds fulfillment in partnering with others to achieve oral and overall health, using gentle and comforting techniques. Lori retired from full-time care early in 2026, however, she still provides care in our office on a fill-in basis.
Misty is dedicated to helping make the patient and overall office experience better! She is who helps our team implement the thoughtful touches we want to share. You can think of her like a concierge at a luxury resort. She has the gift of connecting with and uplifting others and is an excellent brand ambassador.
Melina’s main role is to help make it as easy as possible for you to achieve your optimal oral health, financially. With 25 years and counting in the dental field, we believe she is an expert at what she does. She extensively prepares for each planned appointment to help review expected costs associated with dental treatment with patients before services are rendered. We encourage you to reach out to Melina to clarify any questions you may have about your dental benefits, finances, and billing.
Abby entered the dental field in 2014, after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2009 and working in the customer service industry with Ritz Carlton. In our office, she is the connector of patients to our providers, managing the flow of the patient schedule. She is also the facilitator of smooth operations, transitions, and communications. Abby has an incredibly kind soul and is passionate about serving and connecting with people. She strives to help make patients’ experiences positive and pleasant and she hopes you feel genuinely cared for at your visits.
Melissa joined the dental profession in 2018, helping to bring gentle, compassionate and precise care to our community. Making people smile and providing comfort is what she enjoys most about her career, as it has lead to the growth of strong and healthy relationships with patients. It is her goal to help everyone feel understood and heard.
With compassion for those seeking dental care, Sierra started her career as a dental assistant in 2020. She has since become a vital member of our team, helping our patients feel comfortable and confident with their upcoming procedures. Her role is to help all aspects of direct patient care go smoothly for Dr. Carly and our hygienists by assisting chairside and improving the efficiency of your appointments behind the scenes.
