I Love This Dentist Office

I love this dentist office, I haven’t had a regular dentist since I was a kid but now I do again and it’s such a great environment. I feel safe and respected and like going to the dentist is kind of fun cause I get to see my friends. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Culture

Absolutely outstanding office culture! My first appointment was years ago and I was so shocked at how kind and proficient this team is! I recommend Dr. Carly to anyone that will listen. I’ve changed insurance providers just so I could come back to this office. I convinced my partner to become a patient here years ago. He has terrible anxiety about seeing the dentist or hygienist but I assured him this was THE spot. Ever since we have 10,000% improved out dental routines. He smiles so much more now! I’ve had the opportunity to work with both hygienists- Stacey and Lori- who are lovey, Dr. Carly who is one of the most kind people I’ve ever met, and holy cow Melina is a wizard! She goes above and beyond! Cannot praise this team enough!

Personable & Competent

Dr. Carly and her whole team are so personable and competent. My oral health has improved drastically since starting care here. Stacey is the gentlest hygienist I’ve ever had. She gives very helpful, specific feedback on my home care that makes me want to do better and does not feel scolding or judgmental at all. Every time I come in I’m treated as a close friend or family member. It’s a really unique quality in a care provider’s office.

Exceeded Expectations

My experience with Dr. Carly and her team far exceeded my expectations for (and previous experience with) dental care. Every step of the process, from contacting the office to checking out at the end of my cleaning (and everything in between) showed an immense level of care and attention to detail. Dr. Carly and her staff and kind, patient, thorough, and genuinely care about you, your dental health, and your dental experience. Her staff is so welcoming and the entire experience was honestly wonderful, and dare I say relaxing? This is the best dental care I have ever received and I am so grateful to be a patient of Dr. Carly’s!

Cannot Recommend Enough

I’ve struggled with getting dental work for many years, but Dr. Carly Peterschmidt and her team have had the skill and patience to accommodate my needs and do much-needed work on my teeth. Both anxiety issues and physical issues with my jaw make working on my mouth a particular challenge, and she and her team were the first to be able to navigate that challenge after 5 years of trying to find a dentist on my part. I cannot recommend them enough!

Compassionate, Patient Dentist

Always great consideration for all needs and pleasant atmosphere. Excellent and welcoming team of professionals. Dr. Carly is the most compassionate and patient dentist I have ever seen and her team is consistently kind, compassionate, and helpful, often going above and beyond to meet our needs.

Incredibly Enjoyable

This is the first and only dentist I’ve gone to that makes me feel great about going there. Everyone is so nice, inclusive, and the building has a ton of positive energy that makes the experience incredibly enjoyable. I never thought I’d say it, but going to Dr. Carly’s dentist office actually makes me excited to go see the dentist!

Positive Experience

Very good office all the way from the front office to the doctor. I had two failed procedures by another dentist. Dr. Peterschmidt told me why the procedures failed and she fixed it. It’s great now. I’m in the medical field so I know how medical offices run. I give Dr. Peterschmidt and her staff an A+. They really try hard to make the experience positive.

Always Kind, Professional

Always kind, compassionate, professional and without a doubt completely competent. I would recommend taking care of your teeth here if possible. My family can’t recommend them enough.

Pleasant Experience

My entire family has been going here for years and I have nothing but amazing things to say! Year after year they exceed all expectations of customer service, atmosphere, and patient care. They are the best with children as well and always make it a pleasant experience!

Kind, Compassionate

Dr. Peterschmidt is the best. Years of neglected teeth had me in a lot of pain and a lot of anxiety. But a crown, Root canal, and other work. has me with a killer set of teeth. I no longer have anxiety giving a full smile in public. She is kind, compassionate, and very good at what she does. Her staff are also very nice. When I go in we share pet pictures and talk while I wait to be seen. A+

Beyond Impressed

I am beyond impressed with Dr. Peterschmidt and all the staff! Each visit has made me realize just how much other dentists get wrong. Even when they are very busy the staff go above and beyond to communicate thoroughly. I’ve had to get the same tooth filled multiple times over the years and this was by far the least painful and best looking filling I’ve ever had. Dr. Peterschmidt and her team are also great at communicating what they are doing and why they are doing it at all times which is so refreshing! I’ve never had a dentist which takes the time to get a thorough health history before starting work. Dr. Peterschmidt is truly invested in her patients’ health and always puts in the time to make sure she is doing the right thing for your health!

Best Dentist

This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Dr Peterschmidt does great work. They have fair pricing, and they print out detailed estimates factoring in what they think insurance will cover. All the staff are professional, and the customer service is excellent. On top of everything, they don’t try to make you feel guilty for not flossing enough.

Highly Recommend

I never post reviews but I love Dr. Carly and all her staff! I have some complicated dental issues that I’ve been less than ecstatic about having to take care of but they have been kind and compassionate every step of the way. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Pleasing All-Around Experience

I’ve never been so pleased with my all-around experience of general dentistry. I have yet to see an area of this office’s experience that is lacking such courtesy to make even unpleasant elements of the field enjoyable.

Excellent Dental Care

I have been seeing Dr Carly for a couple of years now and appreciate her and her staff so very much. They are a great team, they provide excellent dental care and I always leave with a smile on my face and having had a good laugh while I’ve been there. I’m very thankful to have found them!

You Are In Good Hands

Sweetest, most caring, yet professional and knowledgeable medical staff I have ever encountered. I have had a lot of dental work done at various dental offices and Dr. Carly and her staff are by far my favorite! From the moment I called to set up my appointment, I felt extremely welcomed and heard. Their communication with patients is impeccable. Setting up my first appointment with the front desk staff was so easy because she was helpful and patient. The hygienist made me feel welcome and had excellent bedside manner. I felt warm and welcomed. She also made the x-ray experience painless and easy! The hygienist explained all of my concerns to Dr. Carly and when she arrived to talk about my teeth she was prepared and already knew what was going on with my teeth and what my concerns were. Dr. Carly also made me feel warm and welcomed. She was personable and relatable (as was the hygienist!). She made a great plan for my teeth moving forward and I feel like I am in excellent hands. I left my appointment feeling excited about my dental plan. Most dental offices have staff that know what they are doing professionally and can help you with your dental needs, but what puts this staff at the top, is their care for their patients. I truly feel like each staff member cares about me and my dental needs. They aren’t just competent, they are truly caring, too! I HIGHLY recommend this office. I have never felt so safe and taken care of by any other dentist. You are in good hands if you come here!

Hidden Gem

A hidden gem of a dentistry practice. They practice sound and prudent medicine. Their chair side manner is top notch. Plus Carly and her staff just have a good time at work and it shows. It’s a fun place to visit – how many dentists can you say that about.

Forever Grateful

Dr. Peterschmidt is one of my favorite humans. She has improved my life and I will be forever grateful.
