From the moment I called to set up my appointment, I felt extremely welcomed and heard. Their communication with patients is impeccable. Setting up my first appointment with the front desk staff was so easy because she was helpful and patient. The hygienist made me feel welcome and had excellent bedside manner. I felt warm and welcomed. She also made the x-ray experience painless and easy! The hygienist explained all of my concerns to Dr. Carly and when she arrived to talk about my teeth she was prepared and already knew what was going on with my teeth and what my concerns were. Dr. Carly also made me feel warm and welcomed. She was personable and relatable (as was the hygienist!). She made a great plan for my teeth moving forward and I feel like I am in excellent hands. I left my appointment feeling excited about my dental plan. Most dental offices have staff that know what they are doing professionally and can help you with your dental needs, but what puts this staff at the top, is their care for their patients. I truly feel like each staff member cares about me and my dental needs. They aren’t just competent, they are truly caring, too! I HIGHLY recommend this office. I have never felt so safe and taken care of by any other dentist. You are in good hands if you come here!

    It is so easy for me to recommend Carly Peterschmidt Dentistry. Here are a few reasons. My appointments always start on time (or a few minutes early, even) and … read more end when I expected. Each visit the service has been expert, warm, genuine, efficient. Does your current dentist schedule cleanings on the 1/2 hour? It is not possible to do a proper cleaning in that amount of time. Carly allows the time needed. Her office is not a dental factory, it's a professional practice. I have better dental care now than I have ever had. I finally have an "occluder" for sleep-time use (I'm a clencher) and an electric toothbrush. Hygienist Stacey is unfailingly professional and cheerful, and does a great job at patient education. I have never experienced any billing error. The location is extremely convenient, on the bus line and with plentiful parking. -- Thank you for reading my review, and thank you to Ms. Peterschmidt and all your fine employees.
